Responsibilities

Creating storyboards, animated graphics, and videos
Creating illustrations, designs, and other artwork used in marketing materials for social media, brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
Creating motion graphics that communicate ideas effectively.
Creating motion graphics for use in broadcast, digital and online media, and other forms of media.
Translating ideas into motion graphics that can be understood by a wide audience.
Apply brand/style guidelines and be able to establish or create guidelines when brands evolve, or a need arises.
Collaborate with designers, social media team, copywriters, and other creative colleagues to deliver on the client’s brand look and feel.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously manage time and set expectations with the team.
Coordinate with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of projects.
Open to feedback and adapt to a creative and strategic direction (while confidently outlining the rationale and choices that back your work).
Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines.
Create and maintain comprehensive project backups.
Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field with 3+ years of work experience and a strong portfolio.
An artist. Every surface, every channel, every medium, social or otherwise, is your canvas.
Proficiency in using Adobe CC software.
Exceptional knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
Strong grasp of social media space and online media jargon and technology.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment.
Fundamental understanding of storytelling & visual treatment in motion.
Passionate about emerging technologies and motion techniques.
Proficiency with illustration tools.
Knowledge of interactive exteriors, websites, e-mailings, landings, and campaigns on social media networks.
A versatile team player; able to work alone or in a team and able to take direction from creative directors.
Great attention to detail.
Enthusiasm & positive attitude.
Great communication skills – be able to quickly respond & regularly report progress.
The ability to take criticism and feedback well & use it to improve.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
