ERP Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Support Specialist to join our in-house IT team. As an ERP Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support and troubleshooting services to the business users of our company who use our ERP software. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our business users' issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support and troubleshooting services to business users of our ERP software.

• Analyze and resolve issues reported by business users, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Work closely with the development team to understand ERP software functionality and identify issues.

• Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of ERP software for business users.

• Develop and maintain functional documentation and training materials for business users.

• Provide training and guidance to other members of the IT team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP support or related field.

• Strong knowledge of ERP software functionality and business processes.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze issues.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Experience with ERP software such as Ramco, WFX or Infor is a plus.

• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other members of the IT team.
