Conference Coordinator
The Health Care Accreditation Council is seeking to recruit for a short-term assignment a Conference Coordinator to help and support in the design, implementation and organization of HCAC’s 7th Healthcare Quality and Patient Safetyconference. The main functions include:
- Liaison with the vendor and oversee the implementation of their tasks and monitor their deliverables.
- Develop and implement the action plan with specific timelines and deliverables.
- Develop and implement the communication and media plan.
- Manage the scientific committee, ensure implementation of decisions and continuous updating.
- Liaison with speakers from solicitation till closing.
- Recruit participants and monitor registration.
- Manage all social media platform requirements and visibility with the relevant person within HCAC.
The applicant’s qualifications must include:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferably with experience in event organization.
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Good hold of social media and virtual systems
