Collections Officer
Candidate should be a graduate with 2-4years of credit and collections experience;
– should have great communications skills in English and Arabic – reading, speaking and writing;
should be able to speak to clients, finance team and internal teams
– should have the ability to drive closure on payables and reach an agreement on payment plans;
should be able to follow up and get hold of things assigned to him/her
should have a balanced approach and must know how to speak to different groups/people
– should have problem solving abilities and must be able to understand internal and external circumstances and find solutions
– should have a basic understanding of reporting
– Needs to be Native Arabic Speaker
