Company Profile: Client First Management Consultancy (CFMC is based on UAE, established in 2015),
Client First’s presence across two countries (UAE & Mauritius) brings global perspectives and equips our
inter-country teams with the expertise to handle large and complex transactions. Client First Capital Ltd
(CFCL, FSC regulated) is a Private Wealth Management and Financial Advisory Firm based in Mauritius
since 2020 with over $32 Million of Asset (Capital) under management. We primarily focus on making
long-term, controlled investments in equities. CFCL focuses on making long term, controlled investments
in different asset classes & businesses.
Responsibilities:
1. Should identify potential clients and generate new business leads by researching and targeting potential clients, setting up calls, attending networking events, and building relationships with industry contacts and achieve business targets within timeline.
2. Key account management, retention and building new business from existing & frozen accounts.
3. Should be able to execute sales growth strategies, tactics, and action plans with revenue-oriented mindset.
4. Successful planning and implementation in international sales exhibitions, shows, seminars.
5. Must be passionate about facilitating consumer experience and value. Should be self-motivated and proactive.
6. Should have the ability to read and conduct data analysis and derive insight from it.
7. Should be able to prepare and deliver presentations to clients and prospects to explain the firm's services and capabilities.
8. Should stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the market, as well as changes in regulatory requirements that may impact on the firm's business.
Qualifications for RM:
1. Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or Finance & Accounts related field.
2. 02-03 years of experience in driving sales and business development.
3. Should have Business acumen, strategic agility, and strong leadership skills.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Ability to analyze and evaluate data to drive continuous improvement.
Salary & Benefits:
1. As per market standard & negotiable
2. Yearly Bonus
3. Visa and other government obligations will be taken care by CFCL/CFMC
Office Timing:9 am – 6 pm
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED6,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month

Requisites:
1. 02-03 years of Sales experience in wealth management and financial advisory firm.
2. 1+ Years of International experience.
3. 1+ years of HNI & UHNI Investment product sales experience with knowledge of International financial markets.
4. Creative problem solver, adaptable to new technology, business workflows etc.
5. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
6. Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
7. Should be Knowledge driven, should be updated with market trends better than UHNI and HNI or customers.
8. Should have strong business & marketing acumen with Entrepreneur spirit.
9. Candidates from premier business schools are preferred.
