Graphic Designer
Dear applicant, We are seeking a talented visual designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate is someone who has the ability to utilize their skills across multiple types of design, with a focus on brand identity. You’ll conceptualize and build brand identities from the ground up for a diverse range of clients and products. So, what are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience (or equivalent) working in design environments and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design (or equivalent).
Must have a passion for design and be an excellent communicator. Must have outstanding technical skills with Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with new media technology/software is a plus. Can collaborate confidently with team members and have a passion for cracking tough strategic and design problems. Evidence of creative solutions that supports project goals.

Responsibilities
- Ability to translate business solutions into a visual identity system from start to finish
- An expectation to not just flawlessly execute client or teammates’ ideas but also be a part of the initial creative process
- Ability to both work autonomously and as part of a team
- Balancing multiple design projects at a time
- Collaborate with fellow marketing team members to generate and deliver compelling design solutions
- Detail-oriented and organized. You’re a pro at managing and prioritizing the workload for yourself and your team.
- Deep familiarity with producing assets for digital distribution, including static and motion graphics.
Requirements
- 3+ years of agency and/or start-up experience or the like
- Strong conceptual thinking
- Excellent typography and drawing skills and expertise using Adobe Creative Suite
- A strong eye for visual composition and layout
- Knowledge of restrictions and limitations as it relates to design for social platforms
- Great communication skills
- Takes criticism very, very well
- Ability to receive direction, comprehend feedback, and learn from teammates but also take the initiative and meet various design challenges
- Deep understanding of consumer-based technology products and experiences
- A team-based winning attitude

Qualifications
- The applicant will be working towards a BA, BFA, or certificate from a Fine Arts program/Visual Design school.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
- A strong portfolio and an elevated sense of design?Brands and typography
- Comfortable in a participatory, team-based environment with the ability to thrive working on your own
- Experience in creating both low and high-resolution designs in all aspects of visual deliverables
- Be comfortable throughout all phases of a project, from translating verbal ideas into visual concepts through design development to creating production-ready artwork
- Successful candidates are optimistic and open to new ideas and ways of working while delivering a high volume of creative work in multiple disciplines
