Kinetic is working with a leading Medical Device company who are hiring an Application Specialist – IVD to be based in Dubai.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Providing theoretical and practical application training to partners and other stakeholders.
- Providing second level of application support to distributors via phone, email or on-site.
- Coordinating with distributors to support customers.
- Working closely with other internal representatives to support company’s commercial strategy.
- Sharing technical product information updates with stakeholders.
- Organizing support meetings and conference calls with partners and affiliates.
المهارات
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Degree in Medical Science/ Laboratory Sciences or related.
- Strong knowledge and experience within the IVD industry is a must.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus.
- Flexibility and good problem-solving skills.
- Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
