• Cold call a new client using a given phone directory to offer services and Answer incoming calls from prospective clients.
• Explain the scope and utility of the company's services to a client in an attempt to convince the prospects.
• Ensure that the current customer base remains satisfied by efficient management of information.
• Evaluate the necessities of existing and potential clients by asking suitable questions via telephone.
