Service/ Biomedical Engineer

The Service / Biomedical Engineer will be responsible for performing all service section activities; that includes on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and calibration for equipment and systems in addition to contribute in the sales and operations of these equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform Installation of new equipment on client site.
• Perform on-site repairs as per service calls.
• Perform on-site installation, implementation and maintenance of the equipment and operating systems.
• Train the clients on how to use the installed equipment and tools.
• Conduct troubleshooting and provide technical support services, such as replacing needed equipment components as per the warranty policies.
• Submit service reports, visit reports and inspection of malfunctioning or damaged product reports to the Service Manager.
• Conduct first line maintenance and quality control checks for equipment.
• Arrange appointments with doctors and hospital medical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from German Jordanian University.
• 0 – 1 years of experience in the same field.
• Can work under pressure.
