- Active in market steel items in U.A.E., GCC and non-GCC markets.
- Sells products and services by establishing contact and developing business relationships with prospects and recommending solutions.
- Maintain business relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; and recommending profit and service improvements.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepares reports and presentations by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
- Travel within the UAE and other countries the region to meet clients, attend key trade exhibitions and conferences.
- The ability and desire for sales job with a confident and determined approach.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Increasing the value of current customers while developing new ones.
- Understand the market, customer and the competition. Develop territory, market penetration and sales execution strategies.
- Resolves any customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, making recommendations to management.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Oversee project in pipeline with MD to ensure the pipeline remains optimized for continuous business growth.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Contacting prospective clients and building relationships with relevant decision makers.
- Managing complex and large tenders with the internal team.
- Reviewing business plans against actual results and then trying to determine reasons for any deviations.
- Evaluate results of the marketing programs and recommend, when and where appropriate, on changes deemed necessary.
- Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
- Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Managing the post sales operations and making sure client is satisfied with the services.
- To project short-, medium- and long-term sales volumes size wise and quantity wise.
- To accept and allocate time bound sales targets.
- To estimate marketing costs and capacity to keep these costs within control.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+years in Steel Industry/Building Materials
- Bachelor’s Degree / Postgraduate of Engineering or related field
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Preferably with UAE Driving License
