National Energy Group, seeks to attract a professional Senior Human Resources Officer to join HR & Admin. team.

Responsibilities:

• HR Strategy Implementation.
• Organizational Development Initiatives.
• HR Metrices and Compliance Reporting.
• Performance Management (KPIs, Review, Evaluation)
• Manpower Planning & Recruitment Cycle Implementation.

Qualification & Skills:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering,
• At least 5 years of experience in generalist role.
• HR Certification is a plus.
• Planning & Execution.
• Communication.
• Reporting and Analysis.
• Problem Solving.
• Leadership.
• IT Knowledge: Microsoft Office Applications, Menaitech.
• Very Good English Language.
