The salary for this role is AED 3000-3500.

Zen Film Productions is a Dubai based boutique film and video production SME that focuses on curating content ranging from films, corporate videos, music videos and more for Middle Eastern and Asian markets. We are currently scouting for candidates to join our in-house all female, creative team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of activities which involve working closely and assisting this organization's female CEO who is also a local Dubai personality and filmmaker.

You should feel comfortable:

working from a home office or flexible co-working spaces
assisting in the creation of deliverables e.g. script, proposals, PPTs to present to potential clients, investors and/or other stakeholders
accompanying the CEO and team to events, shoots etc.
undertaking market research or environmental scanning in relation to projects
generating leads via market research, cold calling and email drafting to attract clients, business opportunities e.g. sponsorship
maintaining incoming and outgoing sales/client communications via phone or email
explaining clients about the Zen Film Productions' brand/brand identity and USPs as well as services/projects

Qualifications & Requirements

Female
Aged 24-35
Speaks advanced level English
Experience in sales, marketing, events/ film production is a plus
Lives in Dubai, UAE
Ability to travel to the CEO's home/office on a daily basis, located in AL BARSHA 1
Willingness to work during irregular timings e.g. for shoots, meetings or events- the position is not a regular 9-5. Our regular timings are 9.30AM-7.30PM (MONDAY-SATURDAY), but occasionally you may be asked to work after-hours if required. Work timings can have a seasonal fluctuation (i.e. there are slow days and there are "incredibly packed" days) and/or is dependent on meetings with clients or other commitments the CEO may ask you to join.
A serious candidate who is prepared to grow with the company on a long term basis- employment visa will be provided post probation period (3 months)
