الوصف الوظيفي
- Managed office inventory and replenishing or restocking supplies as and when required.
- Preparing the follow-up of the arrival and departure of the shipment from and to the warehouse.
- Maintaining and inventory of office supplies and restocking them as needed.
- Working out the best possible deal with the suppliers with respect to price, quality and delivery terms.
- Coordinate with shipping and logistics of items through email.
- Manage the reception area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externally.
- Provide office guest with a hospitable experience
- Supervise the maintenance of office areas equipment and facilities
- Deals with sales of showroom customers.
المهارات
- The ability to identify market trends and make decisions in a high-stress environment.
- Must be fluent in handling all software programs relevant to management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Outlook, excel, word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent decision-making skills, along with the ability to recognize market opportunities.
- Must exhibit strong networking and time management skills.
