  • Managed office inventory and replenishing or restocking supplies as and when required.
  • Preparing the follow-up of the arrival and departure of the shipment from and to the warehouse.
  • Maintaining and inventory of office supplies and restocking them as needed.
  • Working out the best possible deal with the suppliers with respect to price, quality and delivery terms.
  • Coordinate with shipping and logistics of items through email.
  • Manage the reception area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externally.
  • Provide office guest with a hospitable experience
  • Supervise the maintenance of office areas equipment and facilities
  • Deals with sales of showroom customers.

  • The ability to identify market trends and make decisions in a high-stress environment.
  • Must be fluent in handling all software programs relevant to management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Outlook, excel, word, PowerPoint, etc.)
