WashTat is looking for a Field Supervisor who will be in charge of a team of cleaning staff in Residential buildings. The supervisor is responsible for making sure that the crew is safe, approving timesheets, purchasing supplies, managing cleaning equipment, adhering to HR instructions and norms, and ensuring that the task is finished on schedule and productively.Our ideal applicant has prior experience supervising a team of cleaner professionals and promotes the highest level of customer service.

• Experienced with cleaning machines, floor cleaning, mopping, sweeping, swiping, carpet cleaning, sofa cleaning, mattress cleaning, window cleaning, and AC cleaning/maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Language: English/Arabic

• Excellent communication skills

• Very strong time management skills

• Driving license (preferred)
