IT Development Team Leader
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader with Code Review capabilities to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in Java development and will be responsible for leading a team of developers working on JSF, PrimeFaces, and Chart.js technologies, as well as conducting code reviews and ensuring
software quality.
Accountabilities & Key Roles :
- Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of Java-based web applications using JSF, PrimeFaces, and Chart.js technologies.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to software development best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coach and mentor team members, provide regular feedback and conduct performance reviews.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in Java development.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java development.
- Strong experience with JSF, PrimeFaces, and Chart.js technologies.
- Experience leading a team of developers for at least 1 year.
- Experience in conducting a code reviews and ensure software quality.
