Internal Audit Manager

Petra Engineering Industries Co.; a market leader in the design and manufacture of high quality commercial and industrial HVAC equipment; seeks to hire Internal Audit Manager with the following:

Main Duties:

· Responsible for organizing and managing internal audits as per audit plans.

· Oversee the audits process, and make recommendations on policies to ensure that they are adequate with standards established by the Company.

· Identify business process risks.

· Document the results of the evaluations.

· Develop recommendations and reports based on audits and present them to the Top Management.

· Make reports that underline problems and provide preventive actions.

· Direct, coach, and mentor junior staff members to have an effective deliver of audits techniques.

· Supervise all auditing activities for all departments of the Company.

Qualifications:

· BA Finance or Accounting.

· Minimum of 10 years of Experience.

· CMP, CPA Certifications are preferable.

· Strong background and experience with audit techniques.

· Strong time management and organizational skills.

· Very good command of Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Able to work effectively on his own and as part of a team.

· Problem solving skills.

· Ability to take initiative.
