Overall purpose
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join us during an exciting time in the Middle East with significant growth plans. You will support the GHoP by utilizing your excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills to drive areas of recruitment, onboarding, ER, HR analytics, and HR Systems.

In addition to the 'business as usual agenda, you may be required to support projects to develop the HR agenda. Within these tasks, you will be expected to:
• Proactively plan your workload to ensure project timescales are achieved.
• Actively update the GHoP regarding progress and implementation plans.
Management competencies:
• Coach and support our leadership team in the adoption of best-in-class HR practices.
• Develop and deliver HR-related training to improve the competencies of leaders.
Employee Relations:
• Support GHoP on ER cases and issues across the various business units.
• Build and develop a professional HR relationship with the leadership team to achieve continuous
improvement and identify trends for action.
• Work with the People Team to ensure HR advice is consistent and prioritized across the organization.
• Deal effectively with any complex HR queries escalated by the wider People team.
People Analytics:
• Support the development of People Metrics to support data-driven decisions.
Change Management:
• To proactively support operational restructures and change programs following company policy and HR best practices.
• Highlight and mitigate any potential risk.
• Coach leaders in delivering rationale and conducting formal meetings.
• Ensure all key stakeholders (incl. Payroll, HR operations, and Business Leaders) are engaged and updated on developments. Ensure any HR issues are tracked and, if appropriate, follow through to Payroll.

Essential Requirements:
• HR-qualified and/or extensive HR experience
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to negotiate and influence.
• Excellent standard of written and verbal communication
• Experience in project management
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
• A good understanding of local employment law and visa processes for Dubai FTZ.
• At least 2 most recent years of experience working in Dubai FTZ.
