Digital Marketing Specialist
Position Purpose:
Accountable for the Digital tactical execution of a particular piece of the marketing plan that addresses business issues and meets Client and Company needs and profitably builds sales, market share and the brand. Assist and contribute in the development of a strategic marketing plan which continually revitalizes the brand, keeping it fresh and competitive.
Develop the digital strategy to ensure seamless experience through different touch points and marketing campaign effectiveness with Audience communication across multiple channels.
Principal Accountabilities
In addition to following policies and procedures, Specific Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
– Execution and on-going evaluation of all relevant aspects of the marketing strategy (e.g., creative, Social Media, promotion, Design, ..etc.)
– Management of Digital Agency/ agency partners including training, profitability, and performance reviews
– Establish a productive environment of partnership that encourages free exchange of ideas and innovation with the agency.
– Organizes and manages the Digital Marketing Activity
– Ensures that all Digital advertising and promotion materials follow the appropriate legal and partner approval protocols.
– Adheres to fundamental agreements in alliance contracts (e.g., creative approvals, third-party pass-thru, promotion dates).
– Manages Digital/Social Media budget and media expenses as per the approved plans.
– Manage different projects and ensure all campaigns are well communicated the defined objective, timelines, requirements and actions with relevant stakeholders to drive good result
– Improve Audience experience through planning, execution and measurement. Quick response to Audience feedback by action
– Ensures seamless communication with other Company and Client.
– Plans and executes Monthly assessments to identify issues/growth opportunities.
– Measures progress against objectives and evaluates the results of specific and on-going marketing initiatives and tactics and adjusts the marketing plan as needed to ensure that the monthly marketing sales goal is met.
– Promotion Analysis Monthly to identify issues/ growth opportunities.
– Understands and helps achieve execution of all marketing plans and programs to ensure sales.
-Assists in execution of marketing team and programs.
-Execution marketing as per plan within the allocated budget
Requirements
Education: Bachelor Degree in related Filed.
Experience: up to 4 years’ experience
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, to interact effectively and professionally with faculty, staff and the public.
- Flexible thinking and ability to adapt to change.
- Works well under pressure, excellent time management and organization skills.
- Strong analytical and project management skills
Language: Fluent in Arabic and English
