Black & Grey HR is hiring a driven and ambitious Business Development Executive for Freight Forwarding client in the UAE. The role involves sourcing and securing new business opportunities for Air, Sea & Land Freight services. The successful candidate will be responsible for actively managing new proposals from presentation to business closure, including negotiation, and working closely with the team to identify prospects, build a sales pipeline and win business.

<br />- Source and secure new business opportunities for Air, Sea & Land Freight services
<br />- Actively oversee new proposals from presentation to business closure, including negotiation
<br />- Collaborate with the team to identify prospects, set up meetings, create a sales pipeline and achieve business success
<br />- Manage Key Accounts, Solution Selling and Pipeline Management, catering to both SMEs and MNCs
<br />- Drive long-term revenue targets and strategic objectives
<br />- Oversee the sales cycle from initial contact to post-closing stage, ensuring all client requirements are addressed and a clear scope of work is defined for the contract
<br />- Maintain detailed records of all accounts and new business approaches in CRM
<br />- Produce tailored reports for Management as required
<br />- Ensure financial forecast, PNL, and cost projections are aligned with business goals
<br />- Leverage opportunities to cross-sell and upsell within existing customer base, expanding account potential for airfreight, sea freight, road freight, warehousing, food logistics, value added products and contract logistics
<br />- Uphold the company's ethical and business values in all interactions

<br />Requirements
<br />- Demonstrable sales & business development experience in Air Freight, Sea Freight & Land Freight
<br />- 4-6 years of industry experience, preferably in JAFZA
<br />- Comprehensive understanding of the Freight Industry, including specialized tasks fulfillment
<br />- Knowledge of Freight best practices for Freight Forwarding in Jebel Ali Free Zone
<br />- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
<br />- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple processes simultaneously
<br />- Proficient in English and Hindi
