الوصف الوظيفي
The responsibility of the Admin assistant is to assist the Operations Manager in the below key projects:
- Processing, preparing of Invoices, Quotations, PO, Delivery Notes.
- Filing invoices / Delivery notes / other documents & keeping a systematic track.
- Preparing Monthly Sales reports / analytical reports as per manager requests.
- Arrange local product deliveries & courier bookings.
- Preparing documents for customs clearances.
- Inventory checks and making sure the items are stored in right place & in proper way to avoid damages.
- Arrange productions & making sure all the raw materials are available to run production with the purchasing manager.
- To provide other general administrative services and/or secretarial support.
- Respond to incoming communications such as phone calls / w-mails and WhatsApp.
المهارات
- Strong IT skills & Analytical skills : Excel, Google Sheets, Word, PowerPoint; Document filing, calendar management, etc.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2 – 3 years' experience similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A flexible multi-tasker who is willing to be a team player.
- Charismatic, and energetic with a personal presence and appropriate style.
