الوصف الوظيفي

The responsibility of the Admin assistant is to assist the Operations Manager in the below key projects:

  • Processing, preparing of Invoices, Quotations, PO, Delivery Notes.
  • Filing invoices / Delivery notes / other documents & keeping a systematic track.
  • Preparing Monthly Sales reports / analytical reports as per manager requests.
  • Arrange local product deliveries & courier bookings.
  • Preparing documents for customs clearances.
  • Inventory checks and making sure the items are stored in right place & in proper way to avoid damages.
  • Arrange productions & making sure all the raw materials are available to run production with the purchasing manager.
  • To provide other general administrative services and/or secretarial support.
  • Respond to incoming communications such as phone calls / w-mails and WhatsApp.

المهارات

  • Strong IT skills & Analytical skills : Excel, Google Sheets, Word, PowerPoint; Document filing, calendar management, etc.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 – 3 years' experience similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A flexible multi-tasker who is willing to be a team player.
  • Charismatic, and energetic with a personal presence and appropriate style.
