Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., a Fortune 500 manufacturer of industrial gases, has an immediate opportunity for a Global Executive Search Recruiter in our Talent Acquisition Team which is part of our Talent Culture and Engagement Center of Expertise based in Allentown, PA.

We are a world-leading Industrial Gases company having both process gas applications and gasification technology that has been in operation for over 75 years. We have multiple product lines, over 750 production facilities in over 50 countries, and serve over 30 different markets, creating broad opportunities for development. And, we are growing!

Position Summary:

As a member of the Talent, Culture and Engagement CoE, this role acts as an Executive Recruiter, providing talent sourcing, screening support to the Talent Acquisition teams across the regions for the ongoing and future critical talent needs. This person will contribute responsible for understanding key success factors of an open role, market research and talent mapping, identification and attraction of top candidates, detailed vetting and presenting qualified talent, engagement and influencing throughout the process, and successful hiring of the selected candidate.

This is an impactful role that serves as a brand ambassador attracting top talent and puts new executives in position to have significant influence on Air Products’ success. This executive recruiter has high visibility within the organization as the team supports strategic hiring needs across our global businesses.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

The Executive Search Talent Acquisition Specialist will build and deliver candidate pipelines through continuous research and strategic sourcing

  • Partner with executive leadership to get a clear view of the strategic hiring needs
  • Devise and carry out a targeted research strategy
  • Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
  • Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility; present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate screens, manage the interview process, follow-ups, and candidate reference checks
  • Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion Assist with candidate’s transition and onboarding process

Qualification

  • Well-versed with Applicant Tracking Systems and candidate relationship management tools
  • Deep expertise in domains like – Oil & Gas, Power, Petrochemical, EPC, Energy industry
  • Deep understanding of the recruitment processes at the Director+ level in various company environments.
  • Client focus along with relationship-building skills
  • Effective negotiation, organization, influencing, and communication skills
