We are looking for a Resources Coordination Officer to join the Airport International Group – Queen Alia International Airport (QAIA) team. Candidates must possess the following qualifications:QUALIFICATIONS•Preferable Bachelor’s Degree in any field or a Diploma Degree in Aviation field•Minimum three years of experience in a comparative function capacity within the aviation industry (either ground handling or airline environment), preferably handling airport or airline operations control center functions•Ground handler, Airline operations courses – such as airside safety, ramp operations, customer service•Good knowledge interpreting and decoding SITA messages•Good knowledge of aircraft types and IATA airlines and airport codes•Good knowledge of airport operations and safety regulations and proceduresRESPONSIBILITIES•Performing the allocation of hard resources (stands, gates, carousels and check-in counters) on the day of operation through the resource management system in order to accommodate traffic while maintaining operational and safety guidelines•Planning the allocation of hard resources (stands, gates, carousels and check-in counters) for the next day’s operation through the resources management system•Monitoring the actual operation and applying needed changes to the planned and real-time allocation based on operational requirements and dynamic changes to flight data throughout the operational day•Conducting day-to-day flight data processing and validation on the day and the next day of operation on the Airport Operational Database•Providing high-quality services to airlines and partners while maintaining safety and security guidelines•Anticipating and responding to operational interruptions that may affect the safety, security and quality of operations and reports•Taking decisions based on the status of the live operation in order to improve the utilization of hard resources and recover from any irregularitiesIf you meet the above requirements and are interested in the position, kindly send your updated CV to email – indicating the job vacancy you are applying for in the email subject.
