Position Title: Customer Service Representative

Employment Type: 6 months (extendable)

Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Description:

  • Helping customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns. By helping customers understand the product and answering questions about their reservations.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries while maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels – email, face to face, over the phone about the products and services, to offer help, and answer questions thus resolving customer issues.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests while keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

  • 22 to 35 years old
