Position Title: Chef de Partie
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 6.8K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Description:
- Assist the Sous Chef in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen
- Execute recipes to the highest standards
- Prepare dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation within their specific section of the kitchen
- Manage inventory levels for their section of the kitchen
- Train and develop junior kitchen staff, ensuring that they are able to perform their duties

Qualifications:
- Male, 25 to 35 years old
- At least 3 years of experience in the same role with 5-star background in fine dining restaurants environment
- Must be knowledgeable in Arabic Cuisine and HACCP
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
