Position Title: Chef de Cuisine
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 12K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Description:
- Manage kitchen operations and oversee food preparation
- Assist with recipe development and menu planning
- Manage inventory levels and support the Executive Chef in all aspects of the kitchen's operations
- Ensure that all food leaving the kitchen meets the highest standards of quality and presentation
- Train and develop kitchen staff, ensuring that they are able to perform their duties to the highest standard
المهارات
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef
- Knowledgeable in western and international cuisine
- HACCP or related any related certifications are an advantage
