الوصف الوظيفي
- Reporting directly to Office Manager
- Supporting Sales Team (arranging for flight tickets, hotels, visa, document submission, samples collection/summation etc…)
closely with the team of Project Consultants to effectively execute daily requirements – proactively assisting in business planning and organizing and prioritizing work.
– Providing support on various projects and business development activities in the region.
– Communicating with the headquarters and Lasvit offices abroad with operational tasks to solve.
– Data entry to our internal CRM database.
– Handling workflows, preparation of project forms.
– Preparation of drafts of price quotations and presentations for clients.
– Preparation of samples for clients and IDs.
- – Cooperation within diverse team with designers, 3D graphics, project managers and technical expertsDealing with banks (submitting and collecting various documents)
- Taking care of company cars (renewals, servicing, accidents, insurance etc.)
- Handling the company apartments (renting, renewals, Dewa, Empower registrations etc.)
- Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs
- Collecting and distribution of mail
- Responding to customer enquiries (Answering phone calls, emails)
- Recording office expenditure (petty cash)
- Keeping personnel records
- Samples and marketing materials management
- Coordination of shipments (DHL, custom procedures, shipping documents, deliveries)
- Coordination of installations (flight tickets, accommodation, coordination with clients)
- Documents management
- Office Supply Management (ensure there is enough printing paper, toners, water etc)
Conditions:
- Full time job 9:00-18:00
- Salary: 5000 AED/month
- Working week: 5 days
- Holiday: 20 working days
- PC, Mobile

– Excellent verbal and written English (Arabic language is an advantage but is not mandatory)
– UAE Driving license, ideally own a car
