Job Scope

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join PPG as a Lounge Host. This person will attend to all guests based in our lounge in Amman Jordan.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle check in procedure and follow admission instruction
• Greet, receive and bid farewell guests pleasantly and with courtesy at Entrance and Reception
• Assist guests with their internet access requirements, baggage arrangement, shower and nap room booking
• Carry out regular checks of all areas of the Lounge
• Assist to promote various services and facilities of our airport lounges to customers, ensure able to deals
• with guest requests and complaints promptly and effectively
• Take care of lost and found items and the related documentation
• Handle confidential information, including guest records, with a high degree of integrity
• Responsible for answering the telephone line and taking appropriate immediate action
• Maintain accurate records including cash flows and receipts
• To cooperate and work in a team for development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of the
• quality management system
• Serve food and drinks to guests
• Maintain a clean and tidy environment of F&B area in lounges
• Refills cooked hot and cold food items in the buffet line in their respective place
• Pays attention to quality and freshness of food
• Responsible for keeping all hot and cold lines clean and appropriate serving utensils stocked.
• To undertake other jobs assigned by supervisor from time to time including but not limited to Meet & Greet
• Provide visitors with all directions and provide all information regarding their flight. If requested.
• Check if the passengers have all their luggage and travel documents and assist them with luggage where
• appropriate.
• Coordinate with related parties to ensure smooth service such as wheelchair and transportation.
• Liaise with Security, Customs and Luggage department as and when required.
• Escorts passengers through security, customs, including Lounge if relevant.

Job Requirements

• Outgoing, presentable with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Shift duties are required
• Work location: airport
