الوصف الوظيفي
Creation of new business
- Have a good thorough understanding of the Business Products and Services
- Research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services that our current business should include
- Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization
- Generate leads and ensure that there are healthy prospective customers
- Meeting with new clients, preparation and sending of proposals
- Onboarding new clients and ensuring the proposals are signed off, service agreements are signed and initial engagement fee is obtained
- Complete the document requirements with the new client and handover to operations manager for the execution of the work requirement
Maintain and manage existing clients
- Maintain and develop relationships with clients
- Provide the clients with up to date status of their work status
- Ensure staff are on board throughout the organization and understand the need for change and what is required
Sales management
- Discuss promotional strategy and marketing with the Owner
- Seek ways of improving the way business operations
- Suggest new channels of sourcing business opportunities.
