About the company: We are a digital platform for everyday fine jewellery. Working on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, On-call, WhatsApp sales.

Job Location: Your job will be remote 70% of your time.

· Inspire customers and exceed their expectations by providing a luxury selling experience to all by using your excellent product and knowledge about it.

· Consistently achieving or exceeding monthly and seasonal individual sales targets.

· Ensure customer loyalty by collecting customer information, thus building and maintaining a clientele base.

· Advising customers on general information about product, features, warranties and trends and developments in the luxury market, showing passion for luxury products.

· Ensuring exceptional customer service experience to after-sales processes and ensures full adherence to repa policies and procedures.

المهارات

Passion about sales and jewellery with min 1 year of experience in UAE.

· Self-motivated to help team members and achieve sales target.

· Previous Experience in fine jewellery sales with good knowledge about diamonds and gemstones.

· Strong Communication

· Basic knowledge of different fine jewellery brands

· Advanced knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp chat tools

· Excellent customer service

· Great selling and communication skills

· Ready to join immediately

Salary: Basic AED2000 + % from the Profit ; Your Monthly Average Salary will starts from AED 2500 to AED 10000 and will depends on your skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED2,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate: Presence in Dubai, UAE (Required)

Experience: Jewellery Sales: 1 year (Required)
