Responsibilities:
– Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market;
– Experience in the Dubai real estate market from 6 months;
– Processing and sorting of leads;
– Keeping records in the CRM system is a must;
– Conducting negotiations with clients;
– Conducting consultations on real estate investments;
– Presentation of residential complexes, site visits, brokerage tours;
– Shooting video content for social networks;
– English Level Advanced
Conditions:
– High % of transactions;
– 600 unique targeted leads per day;
– Convenient CRM-system;
– Comfortable office in the center of Dubai;
