About this Opportunity:
We are now looking for a Second Level Operations Specialist that will be responsible for the coordination, management, execution and reactive maintenance activities that require a higher level of support than offered by the 1st level Operations. This person shall ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.
What will you do:
- Kick off a Radio network Swap project
- Coordinate activities between NDO and other project teams
- Lead a team of Tech SMEs (On site and remotely) with various technologies skills (5G, LTE, WCDMA and GSM).
- Discuss Radio KPIs and formula mapping with project technical stakeholders
- Understand and develop Radio network strategy
- Set and Propose plans to improve radio network performance
- Perform Radio network analysis based on measurement and reports
- Develop own competence within the radio domain
- Respond to customer inquiries timeously
- Participate in knowledge sharing activities with colleagues
- Perform among a team of experts toward the business targets
- Promote a positive team spirit among colleagues
What will you bring:
- Education: Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering Telecom
- +10 years’ experience in the field of Radio Network design and Optimization.
- Knowledge of E/// radio network products, other vendors experience is a plus
- Experience in 5G, LTE & WCDMA Radio optimization & tuning (2G optimization knowledge is a plus)
- Excellent experience in Radio network optimization (parameters & features)
- Experience in Radio network design tools and measurement
- Knowledge of Radio network KPIs, Formula & Counters and the ways to improve them
- Proven and practiced team leadership skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- English language Skills
