Position: Project Manager | Location: United Arab Emirates | Job Schedule: Full Time
Job Description: The IT project manager is responsible for setting the team’s deadlines and ensuring a successful outcome.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide technology strategy planning.
- Leads the development of the overall approach for the cybersecurity program, its time frames, and the definition of its major deliverables to meet the desired goals and outcomes.
- Integrate information technologies into the company for optimal effectiveness.
- Understand current and future business goals and ongoing IT issues to ensure business success.
- Develop a renewal and upgrade schedule for company software programs and
- Ensure that employees are following computer use policies, information security, and privacy.
- Participate in recruitment, orientation, and ongoing training of new IT staff/software developers.
- Supervise and direct IT personnel/software developers.

Qualification and Skills
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years’ experience as an IT professional.
- Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams.
- Great social skills.
- Result-orientated mindset.
- Strong communication skills.
- Arabic speaker is a must.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- PMP certificate would be desirable.
