Job Description

• Installing and maintaining operating environments / Systems and virtual machines.
• Providing training and support.
• Dealing with email security, archiving and cleansing services.
• Experience with databases, networks/ protocols (LAN, WAN) and patch management
• Managing and maintaining servers and other applications
• Run and manage the organization firewall from all aspects.
• Knowledge of system security (e.g. SIEM, Antivirus – EPP) and data backup/recovery
• Maintaining knowledge of current and future information security threats and challenges.
• Scripting ability (Command / Power Shell, Terminal, Python) and other language
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms

Skills and Qualifications

• Problem-solving attitude.
• Excellent communication skills.

Degree Requirement and Professional Experience

• 1-3 years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer, System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or a related discipline; professional certification (e.g. Microsoft is a plus)
