Digital Marketing Specialist
The Digital Marketing Specialist will implement the Company’s Social Media Strategy, developing brand awareness, generating inbound traffic, and encouraging product/service adoption. This role coordinates with the internal Marketing and PR teams to support their respective missions, ensuring consistency in voice and cultivating a social media referral network. Manage and maintain a presence on social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, and other similar community sites, posting on relevant blogs, and seeding content into social applications as needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage & Implement advertisement online strategies to generate traffic & leads for the Enrollment department.
- Prepare a monthly content calendar to be posted on the Academy's Social Media platforms.
- Implement the Academy Communication’s Strategy on the Academy's Social Media platforms & Website.
- Reflect the Academy values & Programs on the website on regular basis.
- Manage the moderation process on the Academy's Social Media platforms
- Manage & supervise production activities “Video, Photos and Designs”
- Manage & implement local and regional marketing research activities.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, portals, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- work on various social media platforms including FB, TWITTER, INSTAGRAM, YOUTUBE, Tiktok
- Update the Academy news on the website.
- Understand gender and how to develop gender-sensitive contentment while knowing how to effectively and concisely story tell in any given media space.
- Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
- Capture photos/videos of events on campus, edit and upload images so as to drive traffic into RACA. Build and Maintain relationships with students/staff/faculty/alumni.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any relevant.
- 2-3 years of experience in the field.
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Experience with B2C and B2B social media marketing, SEM, and email campaigns
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
- Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends) and ad-serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad-words campaigns
- Excellent command of both Arabic & English Language
- Experience in META Tag, Google Ads
