About the job

Content Writer / Creator plays a key role in translating advertising plans into concepts and effective ideas. This key team member is integral in helping the Account Manager/Planner and the team of design to maximize multi-screen solutions, which has a direct impact on

our ability to deliver and exceed client's marketing and advertising expectations.

Responsibilities

• Professional Scheduling and prioritizing project completions.
• Collaborating with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems.
• Constantly looking to improve self and the team.
• Assisting the creative team with the design of promotional materials.
• Suggesting new ways to promote company offerings and to reach consumers.
• Target content to specific audiences and focus on trending topics.
• Work closely with the Art director/Copywriter for all of the post needs.
• Constantly be looking to bring new, fresh ideas to the table and new ways of communicating for our clients.
• Contribute to and inspire the team.
• Working with internal teams to gather materials/ information for social media postings.
• Developing social media and content plans with the Account Managers/Planners.
• Research and receive prompts for creation of social media content.
• Brainstorming and suggesting new ways to improve the traffic by tapping into new platforms and channels.
• Creating content which will catch maximum customer interest.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or any related field.
• 1 year of relevant experience as a social media content creator.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Highly self-motivated and optimistic.
• Problem solving and decision making.
• Strong reporting and writing ability.
• Strong research skills.
• Effective and efficient time management and organizational skills.
• Creativity and strong vision.
