الوصف الوظيفي
- Developing new customer base along with retention of existing clientele.
- Follow-up with the Clients for Bookings on proposals and quotes offered & convert inquires to firm bookings.
- Achieving set commercial targets (volume / revenue).
- Generating Daily, Weekly and Monthly sales reports and submitting the same to HODs.
- Provide Post-Sales support to all Existing and New Clients.
المهارات
- A proven track record in driving Strong Performance of Sales activities.
- Candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Shipping Line, NVOCC, Freight Forwarding products such as Sea/Air Import and Exports, Project Cargo, ODC, Ro-Ro, Break Bulk/Commodities etc.
- Candidate should have experience of Liner / NVOCC Sales & Marketing with knowledge / contacts of freight / project forwarders (both local & multi-national).
- Candidate should be well versed and abreast with the latest Industry Trends which are influencing the areas of Marketing, Sales, Customer Service and Operational activities.
- Outstanding leadership skills, inspiring interpersonal effectiveness to lead the Team.
