Position Title: Restaurant Manager
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 17K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications, plus tips and service charge
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
An international French fine dining restaurant in Dubai
Job Description:
- Manage and supervise all restaurant staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, including monitoring feedback, resolving complaints, and developing and implementing new menu items and promotions
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests and regular patrons, and encourage repeat business
- Ensure that all restaurant operations are in compliance with health and safety regulations and standards
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior management
المهارات
Qualifications:
- Open to European and Western nationals
- 38 years old and below
- At least 2 years of experience in UAE for the same role from a high-end restaurant or 5-star hotels
- Preferably with serving alcohol beverages experience
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
