Branding Manager- Digital & Social
Accountabilities & Key Roles :
- Assist in developing the Bank’s digital marketing strategy and coordinate its successful implementation across the different channels .
- Develop, grow and optimize the Bank’s social media channels based on set KPIs towards meeting Branding, PR and Marketing goals.
- Plan web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Maintain our social media presence.
- Improve integration and deployment of digital marketing tools within the Bank’s branding and marketing initiatives.
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative digital marketing ideas.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create digital touchpoints and optimize user experience.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Coordinating all Marketing Research Activities and initiatives across the region.
- Assist in preparing research reports via IPSOS STATEX and other similar software and tools.
- Provide assistance and support in conducting and analyzing surveys.
- Monitoring and documenting competitors’ activities in the various markets and segments.
- Prepare benchmarking and analytical reports.
- Manage Marketing support logistical needs.
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Support, whenever and wherever, is needed in developing and executing off line marketing communication initiatives (Marketing & PR) in support of the Brand and business lines.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Economics / Statistics from a recognized University.
Experience:
- +10 years of hands-on marketing communications, research, digital marketing experience with a large multinational bank / multinational company / research agency / ad agency .
Competencies:
- Fluent in English and in Arabic written & spoken.
- Strong analytical thinking.
- Technology Savvy with established digital tools knowledge.
- Strong understanding of research methodologies and techniques.
- Multi tasking and proven ability to deliver against tight deadlines.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills.
