Purchasing Engineer
- Prepare Purchase Requests for needed Raw Materials and Fittings with the coordination of different departments to respond for Stock and Projects demand .
- Prepare Purchase Orders for Approved Quotations.
- Follow Up readiness for the orders and arrange for shipping .
- Follow Up Clearance and Delivery of the Orders with Logistics team .
- Follow Up the receipt and Quality of the Orders with Quality and Warehouse Team
- Follow Up Payment of the Orders and Closing with Accounting Department .
- Keep Hard and Soft Copy for all Procurement Documents and Record Based on ISO Procedures .
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree of industrial Engineer
- 2-3 years of experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English
