Performance Marketing Specialist
Whizz HR is on a look for a Digital Marketing Manager / SEM Specialist to work with a leading firm
What You’ll Do
● Developing and implementing effective search engine marketing (SEM) strategies, Conduct
keyword research to guide content.
● Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEM, persona based account based marketing
● Coordinating content, design, social media, pay-per-click (PPC) marketing, and other activities.
● Tracking, reporting, and analyzing website analytics, Executing tests, collecting and analyzing
data, identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum site engagement and
high-performing competitive keyword rankings.
● Work to strict content deadlines and keep up to date with industry news in order to produce
reactive news content.
● Managing offsite and onsite optimization projects and reporting on performance.
● Increase paid traffic volumes on the company site with the overall goal of increasing MQLs
conversions.
● Your goal will be to ensure that content is search-engine friendly and optimized to increase our
company's profitability.
● Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
(ROI and KPIs).
● Identify trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance based on the insights.
● Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
What You Need
● 10+ years of experience as SEM Manager, or similar role.
● Proven working experience in digital marketing in B2B SaaS Industry, targeting large enterprise
accounts in the US and UK market.
● Track record of generating MQLs from SEM efforts for high touch enterprise products
● Experience with SEM reporting and managing a team
● Highly creative with experience identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that
engage, inform and motivate.
● Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e. g., Google Analytics, SEMrush and personal based
account marketing tools like Influ2)
● Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills and data-driven thinking.
● Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement.
● Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills.
● Bachelor's/Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent
preferred.
● Prior experience in a start-up environment is a definite plus.
