The ideal candidate must have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Knowledge of social media platforms and tools
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engage with our target audience. This will involve creating and scheduling posts, managing social media accounts, and responding to customer inquiries and feedback.
- Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
- Leverage social media trends to advertise and highlight different ongoing activities of the company.
- Indulge in research and creation of engaging content for publishing on different online channels.
- Plan a comprehensive social media strategy for improving the outreach of the organization.
- Analyze the impact of different online campaigns on the target customer for in-depth evaluation.
- Use SEO analysis tools and software to track customer satisfaction, engagement, and ROI, suggesting appropriate optimization.
- Scan and research relevant changes in the Google algorithm for modifying SEO and social media marketing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management and marketing, preferably for construction and real estate company.
- Strong working knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
