Junior Sales
We are seeking an energetic, responsible Junior Sales Account Manager to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of our daily routines and procedures. You will focus on learning how our organization runs.
Job Requirements:
1. Excellent/Fluent spoken and written English language is required.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.
3. Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
4. Knowledge of CRM, ERP software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
5. Understanding of sales performance metrics
6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
7. An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
8. Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
9. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
10.Ability to meet multiple deadlines.
Junior Account Manager’s skills:
· Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
· Develop positive relationships with clients.
· Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs.
· Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.
· Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
· Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase.
· Report on the status of accounts and transactions.
· Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
· Monitor sales metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
· Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
· The ability to meet deadlines and work within a budget.
· Strong organizational skills.
