IT Director

IT Director is responsible for managing the organization's information technology systems and infrastructure. They will oversee the development and implementation of IT strategies, policies, and procedures, and ensure that IT services are delivered effectively and efficiently. The IT Director will lead a team of IT professionals and work closely with other departments to identify and address technology needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the organization's IT strategy, in alignment with the company's overall objectives.
• Manage the organization's technology infrastructure, including servers, networks, security systems, and software applications.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of the organization's data and information systems.
• Develop and manage the IT budget, including tracking and reporting on expenditures.
• Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing coaching and mentoring as needed.
• Work with other departments to identify technology needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
• Ensure that IT services are delivered efficiently and effectively, and that issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends, and make recommendations for improvements to the organization's IT systems and infrastructure.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
• Experience in software development, project management, and IT service management.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team of IT professionals.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with cloud-based services and virtualization technologies.
