• With a Strong sense of Concept & Space design.

• Exceptional ability to complete tasks with detail-oriented accuracy for Architectural & Interior Fit-out Works.

• Experience with Residential Projects, & Commercial Projects, etc. with a good network of suppliers in the UAE.

• Superior proficiency in relevant software including AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, Microsoft Office, Lumion3D, 3DSMax, and Revit

• Knowledge in Submission and Approval to all local authorities including DM, Nakheel, DDA, Trakhees & Civil Defense, etc, and able to do drawing preparation and coordination with clients, sub-consultants, subcontractors, etc.

• Sales marketing skills, promoting company objectives, project cost control.

• Excellent knowledge of principles of Architectural Design and relevant procedures and building codes. Articulate and purposeful communication skills, and personal and professional ethics that foster a diverse and respectful workplace.

• Prepare presentations for in-house and external review purposes.

• Source materials and products included in plans.

• Analyze finances in order to establish project-related fees and expenses.

• Keep active track of the design industry and its relevant changes for planning practical implementation at the organization.

Prior record of completing interior decoration projects as a freelancer or in association with a design agency.
Proficient in implementing the various phases of interior design, from programming to project administration.
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs.
Portfolio containing a majority of designing tasks undertaken in the past.
Communication and presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a reputed educational institute.
