General Description:
Jabs Trading LLC / Markettcom LTD is looking for a Sales representative / Account Manager that is responsible for selling the
company products that include the following:
- Promotional Items, Premium giveaways & Corporate Gifting
- Plastic Products
- Uniform
- Printing Material
- Brand Licensing.
- POSM Materials
- This will be done by identifying leads, educating prospects on products, training, and presentations, and providing existing customers with exceptional support.
Duties and responsibilities
- Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers
- Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
- Track all sales activities in the company system and keep current by updating account information regularly.
- Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
- Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the territory /market’s potential, and track sales, and status reports.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Insure after-sales services are met with high standards.
المهارات
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic & English
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is an added value
- Valid Driving license in UAE
- Familiar with Dubai markets and business area
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales in UAE.
