General Description:

Jabs Trading LLC / Markettcom LTD is looking for a Sales representative / Account Manager that is responsible for selling the

company products that include the following:

  • Promotional Items, Premium giveaways & Corporate Gifting
  • Plastic Products
  • Uniform
  • Printing Material
  • Brand Licensing.
  • POSM Materials
  • This will be done by identifying leads, educating prospects on products, training, and presentations, and providing existing customers with exceptional support.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers
  • Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
  • Track all sales activities in the company system and keep current by updating account information regularly.
  • Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
  • Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze the territory /market’s potential, and track sales, and status reports.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback
  • Insure after-sales services are met with high standards.

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic & English
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is an added value
  • Valid Driving license in UAE
  • Familiar with Dubai markets and business area
  • Minimum 3 years experience in sales in UAE.
