ZARYS International FZE is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to oversee our sales operations in the GCC region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to maximize revenue growth through medical device distributors, hospitals, and the Ministry of Health. The Sales Manager will work closely with the team to identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the GCC region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through medical device distributors, hospitals, pharmacies and other medical facilities.
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with existing distributors and new customers, hospitals, and government organizations (e.g. Ministry of Health, Ministry of Defense etc.) .
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
  • Provide regular sales reports and analysis to the management team.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competition in the GCC region to identify potential opportunities and threats.
  • Visit distributors, hospitals, and the Ministry of Health to build and maintain relationships and identify new business opportunities.

المهارات

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, biomedical engineering, physician, vet doctor, lab technologist or other related with medical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the GCC region, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in managing a team of sales representatives.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the GCC region.
