Property Consultant – Exclusive Developments – Native Russian Speaker

Type: Full Time

Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Due to company expansion, we invite native Russian Speaking Property Consultants to join our team!

Do you have experience in sales and are you confident presenting to large groups of people?

If yes, then you’re the one we’re looking for!

Job Role:

• Develop networks and cooperate with other real estate agencies;

• Present our exclusive projects to large groups of stakeholders;

• Prospect and meet clients outside the sales office;

• Execute your strategy to ensure lead conversion;

• Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions;

• Mediate negotiation processes;

• Accompanying team members outside of office where necessary;

• Increase client base & build long-term relationships with new clients;

• Ensure all documents in self-custody are properly documented and tracked;

• Attend networking events to seek new business opportunities;

• Remain knowledgable about real estate markets and best practises;

• Perform comparative market analysis to reassure clients;

Requirements:

• Native Russian speaking

• Fluent English

• Full driving license is mandatory

• A positive person who enjoys being at work and views his/her career as a way of life

• Excellent communication, negotiation & sales abilities

• Proactive, flexible and creative

• A strong networker, able to demonstrate your business development capability

• Native Russian Speaker
