Job Purpose:
The main task of a Compliance Manager is to ensure that the services delivered meet the standards of local laws, regulations and codes; to identify and escalate any deficiencies at any site plus to recommend rectification plans to ensure compliance requirements expected by clients are met. Additionally, ensure contractors operate within the same compliance laws and codes to ensure any and all works being conducted or completed are compliant.
Principal Accountabilities & Competencies :
- Understand and implement external regulatory requirements and industry practices to identify and assess potential compliance risk of the client’s properties.
- Able to support and follow up with operations to ensure they implement change as a consequence of findings.
- Execute on a compliance risk & control testing plan; including all remediation
- Monitor and ensure properties remain compliant and in date for all applicable civil defence and local municipality testing and/or 3rd party certification.
- Conduct proactive walkthroughs of properties to ensure works are conducted by technical staff and service providers in compliance with SOP’s, SOM’s, codes and internal processes.
- Raise NCR’s and RCA’s for any deviation detected and RCA’s in order to design plans which will include CAPA (Corrective and Preventive actions) for execution.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports to show improvement plan progression and compliance against local and international standards.
- Develops and writes procedures and templates to monitor annual compliance programs
- Verification of the completion and effectiveness of the CAPA actions.
- Assist in the timeliness remediation of issues, including internal/external audit observations and regulatory findings.
- Manage the compliance library for the contract portfolio and ensure certification is up to date.
- Conduct various training strategy’s to raise the service excellence of technical staff and service providers.
- Provides necessary technical support for bid specifications, evaluation of vendor/contractor bid proposals and monitoring of contractor work performance to ensure contract compliance.
- Capable of working independently with the ability to manage multiple tasks and sites in a short time frame
- Promote a compliance-oriented culture and mind-set among employees and partners
- Perform and/or execute any duties, works, instructions or tasks as directed by management.

- Full compliance to regimented FLS & required 3rd party testing regimes
- Adherence to SOP’s, SOM’s and internal processes within company PM
Job Challenges :

- Withstand a high-pressure working environment with compressed deadlines.
- Flexibility in working routines with working shift patterns and weekends required. Scheduled days off are subject to change at short notice.
المهارات
Education/ Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree (Engineering preferred) with Experience in Facility Service and Quality or equivalent.
- UAE Driving License
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in the UAE FM market with experience working and complying with UAE codes and laws.
Work Experience :
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in FM or similar industries, in similar roles
Knowledge:
Deep Knowledge of Service Delivery, Quality Control, Fire and Life Safety as well as local authority requirements.
Skills:
- Good Communication, education, training deliverance and influencing skills.
- Ability to work with others on a team to accomplish goals
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, maintain detailed and accurate records, and prepare clear and concise written reports
- Ability to conduct various types of effective training to different levels in order to engrain the culture of service delivery, technical professionalism and being a company ambassador
