Sales & Marketing Representative Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales representative to join our team in the Facility Management Service field. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent service with a proven track record of success in sales.
As a sales representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our Service and will be the direct point of contact with a customer and in charge of ensuring a customer's needs and expectations are met.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities with individuals, schools, organizations, and other groups
- Maintain and expand existing customer relationships
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market developments
- Provide ongoing customer support and account management
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented
- Experience in the educational courses field is a plus
