Leads and property generation support

Responsibilities
Generate, list and market in house and self properties.
Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, and payment plans.
Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.
Show properties to potential buyers and renters.
Present purchase offers to sellers.
Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
Maintain your real estate rules and knowledge
